A través de la firma de un convenio con seguros, en la CDMX ya no será necesario esperarlos por choque leves, conocidos como «laminazos»
El Gobierno de la Ciudad de México anunció que ya no será necesario esperar a los seguros en el lugar donde se ocasionó un choque vehicular, conocido como «laminero», ya que expone la integridad de los conductores que se encuentran en el paso de otros automoviles.
En ese sentido, la secretarías de Movilidad y Seguridad Ciudadana firmaron un convenio con la Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones de Seguros, para agilizar la atención de seguros en hechos de tránsito, según explicó el titular de la Semovi, Andrés Lajous.
Por su parte, la jefa de Gobierno, Claudia Sheinbaum, agradeció la cooperación de la Asociación y a su presidente Juan Patricio Riveroll, pues aseguró que está acción se planteó desde 2019, pero hasta este año se pudo concretar. Ante ello, las aseguradoras deberán informar a su derechohabientes sobre la nueva modificación en la Ciudad de México.
Cabe mencionar que este convenio permite a los conductores moverse del lugar del percance sin perder el derecho a la atención, medida que se aplicará únicamente en choques leves, ya que en caso de haber lesionados o el conductor en estado de ebriedad, esta medida no podrá llevarse a cabo.
Por su parte, Juan Patricio Riveroll afirmó que el convenio se da en el marco de la prevención de los accidentes viales, los cuales arrojan altas tasas de mortalidad, algo que, dijo, para las aseguradores es prioritario reducir.
